Let's talk about The Accipiter Affair, the mission arc for The Yggdrasil Initiative.

The Accipiter Affair is a series of three missions:

• The Lights in Tarinkot
• The Hecatonchires Gambit (coming soon)
• The Accipiter Strike (coming soon)

The story follows Zeus Logistics International, an international defense contracting company run by an American millionaire in the pocket of The Crimson Fist, a terrorist organization.  The PCs investigate a mysterious power disruption in Tarinkot, a small city in Afghanistan, hoping to determine its source -- and of course, there's quite a bit more to it than there seems!

The Lights in Tarinkot is the first of the three missions, and the other two are coming soon.  My hope is that you'll have not just a fun story to play, but be able to use it as an example of how to construct an action spy mission with just enough prep to get you where you need to go, while leaving plenty of room for improv and minimizing unnecessary effort.
