v1.1.1: Builds, traps, and clarity

Hi friends!
Minor update to version 1.1.1 today. A couple small updates:
- I added some clarification to the "Tricks and Traps" section to make clear how to use traps in and out of battle.
- I added a new section to the end of Classes, "Character Building Tips", for folks who want some tips on building effective parties, or who aren't sure which Class, Special Abilities or Spells to choose. No mechanics have changed here -- this is just advice and ideas. Remember always: what you find fun is much more important than playing an optimal build; Shadow of Doom is fairly resilient to "suboptimal" choices!
- Finally, a few minor clarifications at points, including making the Thief and Mage's starting Special Items more obvious.
