Punch Detective

A rules-light, zero-prep mystery action-comedy tabletop roleplaying game for 3-6 people.  Inspired by the Judgment and Yakuza series of video games

Punch Detective is a roleplaying game about weird people helping a weird detective solve weird crimes in the Kabukicho red light district of Tokyo, Japan.  You work for a private detective agency in Kabukicho.  Corruption and criminal influence are rampant in the underworld, the businesses, and even the police, so when common crimes occur that the police can’t – or won’t – investigate, often it's up to people like you to take care of it.  You might be a detective, an ex-criminal, an idol who rehomes stray cats, a retired kickboxer, or a voice actor with a penchant for grift, but you still need to pay the bills at the end of the week, and a side gig as an oddball crime-fighting force isn't bad money in a district this seedy.

Punch Detective: Kiwami

is a mini-expansion to Punch Detective, including new mechanics for:

• Fighting styles (and the Battle Bonus)
• Extended Challenges and fights
• One-on-one play with a single protagonist
